Indian Masala Tea
Chai is traditional Indian milky tea made from a blend of black tea, ginger and other spices. Chai tea help reduce blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Ginger used in Chai also help to cure cold flu, throat pain & headache.
Green herbal Rice
Spinach Rice is a Tasty and nourishment food containing Carbs (Rice), Good Fats (Ghee), Vitamin (Vegs) & Minerals (Spinach).
Mix grain roti with ghee
Multi-grain flours provide a blend of nutrients in each grain and rich in good carbs and fibers.
Cabbage & carrot Sabji

Hi, I am Supriya. I am here in Tokyo from 10 years, with my family. I am from North India and interested in cooking different cuisine since my early ages. Cooking being my passion, I keep on exploring multiple veg & non-veg dishes from all part of India. Biryani from north, Fish curry from east, Rawa idli from south & Dal dhokli from west are among few of my favorite cooking recipes. Also, I am very found of preparing traditional Indian sweet dishes.
To ensure I can put the real flavor in my cooking, I always tries to know and understand the history and traditional importance of each dish, I prepare.
I would like to share my passion of cooking & taste of India with rest of this world using Tadaku. Please check my menus and message me for any specific Indian dish you would like to learn cooking or any change in schedule.

Cancellations are possible after making a booking. Refunds are as shown below:
・If cancellation is made more than 10 days before the lesson (AM0:00): 100％ refund
・If cancellation is made between 5 and 10 days before the lesson (AM0:00): 50％ refund
・If cancellation is made less than 5 days before the lesson (AM0:00): no refund
