Rasam is a spicy and tasty thin soup , light soup prepared in south Indian style and usually served with steamed rice. The flavor of rasam is spicy, sour and yummy. Rasam is a main part of the meal and a perfect rasam is prepared with the main flavors which include the garlic, fresh pepper corns, curry leaves and hing that enhances the taste . The rasam is never said no whether lunch or dinner and also has enormous health benefits in the dish. It is best to drink rasam when someone is down with cold or fever.
Mix Vegetable poriyal is mix of all vegetables cooked and tossed with grated coconut. It’s one of the most healthiest curry as very less oil is used but no compromising in taste !!!

I am an Indian home maker living in Japan for past 15 years.
I am quite passionate about art of making different types of cuisines. I have great expertise in all types of Indian cuisines - North Indian and South Indian , contemporary and traditional, which I have learnt from my grand mother and my mother.
In addition to cooking, I take lot of pride in the way I present and spread my creation. Presentation makes the cooking complete.
I offer not just different types of cuisines but also a wonderful experience of traditional Indian culture which leaves a lasting impression on the guests.
