I am an italian 29 years old engineer with a passion for cooking Italian food. From the age of 23 until now I enjoyed cooking for my friends and the idea of making new connections by enjoying a meal together made me subscribe to Tadaku. Apart from cooking, I enjoy science related talking, movies (action and sci-fi are my favourites) and manga. I can speak both English and Japanese fluently. I like bright people and people with a deep interest into something.
My specialties are pasta related meals and the recipes I cook are mainly taught by friends or relatives, so you will not find them in books. I hope you will enjoy my lessons and look forward to new menus as they get released with time.
Due to my job I can only host lessons on weekends lunch, for a maximum of 5 persons. If you want to attend but the time is not feasible for you, please write me and I will try my best to help you.
I hope you like cooking like I do!
