Hello, I’m Claire from Manila (Philippines). I’m a foodie at heart. Just like everyone else, I adore FOOD! ♡ Cooking is my passion and fitness is my hobby. I love trying out delicious dishes from different countries around the world. I believe that the only way you’ll be able to eat whatever you like till you get old - is to keep yourself fit and healthy. At an early age, I was diagnosed with high LDL cholesterol (genetic inherited/family history), and it continues to increase as time goes by. I hate the fact that I can’t be a vegan/vegetarian - well I tried, but it just made me depressed and sad. I don't want to give up eating "this and that” just because I have a high LDL when there are preventive measures that can be tried in the kitchen - and that is my hobby. And in the process, I began learning how to make recipes that are not healthy and turning them into healthy ones, that way I don't have to give up on my favorite foods. I think that’s how my love for inventing and recreating recipes started. Of course, I know how to prepare the traditional authentic cuisines of my country and that’s what I’m going to share with you, but as a bonus, I can advice and share with you as well the healthier version of each dish - plus an exercise routine to match enjoying eating them and not feeling guilty at the same time - if you’d love to! (^_^) So, let’s be friends!!! See you soon!
