Hi! I'm a health-conscious vegetarian who loves cooking.
I am originally from Japan, have lived in Australia for 15 years and recently moved to Osaka.
My partner Jack and I would love to introduce our food culture through Tadaku. It is hard to define 'Australian food', but that's what gives it great diversity!
There are many vegetarians in Australia, and many of us strive for an eco-conscious and nutritiously considered diet.
