Hi, I am Supriya. I am here in Tokyo from 7-8 years, with my family.
I am from North India and interested in cooking since my early ages. I always use to spend time in cooking different cuisine for my family and friends. I am also very famous among my friends for experimenting different verity of foods, both here in Japan and back in India. Cooking being my passion, I keep on exploring multiple veg & non-veg dishes not only from North India but from all part of India – Biryani from north, Fish curry from east, Rawr idli from south & Dal dhokli from west are among few of my favorite cooking recipes. Also, I am very fond of preparing traditional Indian sweet dishes.
To ensure I can put the real flavor in my cooking, I always tries to know and understand the history and traditional importance of each dish, I prepare.
I would like to share my passion of cooking & taste of India with rest of this world using Tadaku.
