Samuelさんから自己紹介

My name is Sam Timinsky. I am originally from New Jersey in the United States but I have lived in New York State, Seattle, and Madison (Wisconsin). I am conducting research in Tokyo this year and enjoying a chance to finally live in Japan and get to know the people here outside of the academic world. My wife, Katie, and I are hoping we can share our passion for food with all of our guests and we hope that we can show you a side of American food and drink that you have not had the chance to try. We hope to offer a selection of Jewish-American as well as some dishes from the Southern United States, and the Pacific Northwest as well. We hope you can join us and we look forward to meeting many new friends during our time here.

    Now I appreciated everything what you afforded us, and I want to say "thank you" for your kindness that you haven't cancel our lesson. I really had a wonderful time and learned a lot of things and culinary techniques how to cook stew from the first without using chemical stuffs something like Knorr Gravy Mix or how to make "schmalz" and so on. Maybe next Saturday I will try to bake "taschens" with caramel cubes. Everything what you taught us is so useful for me, thank you so much! See you soon again!

    Thank you very much for the wonderful lesson! I had such a nice time today with both cooking and having conversation. I enjoyed all the dishes in the menu and learned a lot from making the welcome cocktail to cooking the main beef brisket, appetizer, salad, Latkas, and even baking! Everything tasted very delicious and I would definitely like to make them for my family gathering or home party. I am looking forward to your next lesson already. See you soon again, Sam and Katie!
