Introduction of Rosario
Hello, my name is Rosario. I like to cook, specially desserts.
I am living in Japan for more than 20 years, and for each familiar reunion, I try to prepare some peruvian dish and cake.
I am always looking for new recipes, because I like to learn and prepare new dishes.
I have had the opportunity to teach cooking Peruvian dishes, like Ceviche, Lomo saltado, Aji de gallina, causa rellena, chupe de camarones, empanadas and others.
And of course desserts, like Budin, leche asada, arroz con leche, alfajores and others.
I think that Tadaku, offers us a great opportunity to teach not only foreign foods but also to talk about our customs and traditions.
I think it is a good proposal to extend the knowledge to foreign culture.
