Hello, everyone. I am Priyanka Baranwal from India, currently doing PhD and living at Himeji with my husband. I came in Japan two years back . Cooking has always been my passion . I like to experiment with different tastes and textures, to create my own personal recipes.I have expertise in all type of indian cuisine like south indian ,north indian etc. I learned the basic cooking from my mother and prepare many Indian dishes at the home because getting the diverse and tasty indian food is a bit challenging in an Indian restaurant here.
