Olivierさんから自己紹介

こんにちは、オリヴィエ・ルロワです。
私はパリで生まれ、シャンティイという街に程近い、ノルマンディの田舎町で育ちました。日本に住み始めて今年で6年になり、日本人の妻と2歳半になる息子と暮らしています。来日以前はドキュメンタリストとしてフランスのメディアと仕事をしていましたが、現在はアーティスト、フォトグラファーとして働いています。

私が料理に興味を持ち始めたのは8歳の頃、以降、プロの料理人であった祖母と料理上手である母から、フランスの伝統料理やテクニックなど、たくさんのことを学びました。それから、父がかつて経営していたレストランでプロの料理人たちとともに厨房で働いた経験も、私の料理に生かされていると思います。

私はパリやリヨンに伝わる伝統的なフランス料理が大好きですが、それと同じくらい和食やシチリア料理も大好きです。

    Thank you very much Olivier! I enjoyed French cooking in such a relaxing atmosphere. Every dish was splendid. I am planning to prepare all dishes I learned for Christmas. I’m confident that my family will love every part of it, just like I did!

    暖かい陽の入る素敵なキッチンでのレッスンとても気持ちよかったです。そして、全部のメニュー、もちろんとっても美味しかったです。オニオングラタンスープは食べながら皆でうっとりしました!複雑そうに見える料理も意外とシンプルな作り方で、お家でも作ってみたいと思います。盛り付けの方法やバターの違いだったり、色々勉強になりました! Olivierさんの子供の頃からのお料理にまつわるストーリーもとっても面白くて、今度また参加してもっと伺いたいです。

    メニュ初めてのクラスだったにもかかわらず、全体の流れや、個々の料理の調理の段取等々、とても準備が行き届いていたと思います。ホスピタリティも素晴らしく、Olivierさんには、いつも、楽しませて頂き、感謝しております。

    お皿やグラス、料理の盛り付けなど、すべておシャレでおいしかったです。おなかいっぱいになりました! 終始英語でしたが、なんとか理解できました。英語が苦手な方にはちょっとつらいかも。

    Olivier's Normandy cuisine was creamy but it was very delicious with a simple taste! His descriptions about butter, pepper and rare salt were very interesting. I participated for the first time and learned a lot about French cuisine. Merci beaucoup Monsieur...!

    Olivier さん!おしゃれでおいしいレッスンありがとうございました。エッグベネディクトが家庭のキッチンで作れる自信がつきました。シリコン型でカヌレが上手に焼けるとは知りませんでした。御祖母さまのレシピのグリンピースのスープに癒された気がします。また別のレッスンにも参加したいです。ありがとうございました。

    Thank you for a special lesson and relaxing time with great dishes. Olivier is filled with hospitality and love to cooking, French culture, and his guests. I hope to take part in his other class someday. This is the first Tadaku experience for me, so wonderful!

    It was my first time at Oliver's class, and I enjoyed it immensely! Oliver is so passionate about cooking, introducing not only flavorful, delicious and easy to reproduce in Japan dishes, he also possesses a wealth of knowledge on history and culture of France making the class unforgettable experience.     It was one of the best cooking lesson that I have ever had. The foods were good of course, but his personality was wonderful :) The other participants were also all nice and I did really enjoy the time with them. Thanks for sharing the wonderful moment today !

    I like his lesson, so this is the first time to join it twice. Same as last, I was impressed by his dishes which is really beautiful and delicious in spite of ingredients we can easily buy at super markets and his passion for cooking.     Really nice cooking class! It was fun to talk with Olivier-san! He is such a nice guy!! The dishes are also great and so delicious! He explains a lot of hints which cannot be found in ordinary cooking books, online receipts and cooking videos. It's worth visiting him and leaning French cooking from him!!

The tips on how to make the sauce better and the little histories on the menu are really interesting. I bought some of the ingredients you introduced us in the lesson on my way home, and I've tried to make all of the dishes we did at the lesson already. Everything turned out to be almost perfect!     最初に、くつろげるように色々説明してくださる心配りで、友達のお家に招待されたようにリラックスできました。料理は殆どジョン・レノ似の先生が作ってくださり、「イケメンクッキングショー」だねという声も。 味の組み合わせ方、チーズの使い方、そして先生の暖かいお人柄・・・何度もリピートしている方が来られていましたが、納得です。

    ガレットが大好きなので、今回教わることが出来て良かったです。 クレープ生地をクルッと回すのが難しくて、今度自分でやる時は上手く出来るようになりたいと思いました。 サラダのドレッシングはとても美味しかったのでこちらも作ってみたいと思います。

    Thank you very much for the valuable cooking experience and fun time :) The menue, especially the soup crecy was soooo delicious! Whats best about the lesson was the recipe is based on the real-life normandy home cuisine, that can be made from ingredients available in Japan. I will try the dishes at my house!

    I tried Tadaku for the first time with Olivier. He was delightful host! I really did appreciate to be welcomed to his home and meet him. He taught us authentic French recipes, but it’s so easy to make that. I highly recommend this experience to anyone. I'd like to join his classes again!

    Dear Oliver-san, Thank you very much for teaching French foods. They were all delicious and looked beautiful. It was my first time to try Tadaku, but the class had very warm atmosphere, and I could relaxed and enjoyed. Looking forward to try another class again!

    Olivier san is the perfect host-friendly,knowledgeable and a good laugh. We can enjoy a kind of vegetables on this recipes and that isn't complete to make without some points. I highly recommend to anyone
