Hi everyone! I am originally from Brooklyn, New York and I have lived in Tokyo since 2012.
For me, life without pizza is no life at all. After years of cooking pizza at home I wanted to learn how to make pizza like professionals. So, I started spending my weekends in NYC as a pizza cook at popular New York restaurants like Roberta’s and Paulie Gee’s.
Baking great pizza is so much fun that I renovated my home kitchen and bought a professional pizza oven that cooks at up to 500C. I hope you will enjoy tasting your own original pizzas baked in a high-temperature oven.
