I'm French and cooking is my daily hobby. I collect cookbooks but never follow any recipe. I love traveling and discovering new kind of food. So, on tadaku what I want is just to share my discoveries and experiences with cooking. The first menu I want to share is one of the thing is love to cook, finger food for parties and potluck. With Christmas around, I want to give ideas to host a home party, that we called in France "apéritif dînatoire", basically drinks with different appetizers. No stress for the cook everything is ready and on the table. And on that menu I will focus on ideas to use puff pastry, "pâte feuilletée "
