    What an amazing class! For everyone who thinks that French cuisine requires some special degree to cook, join this class and see for yourself how easy it is to make classical French dishes. Every dish was full of flavor, yet not heavy, and (what is important) absolutely beautiful visually. Will join again!

    Dear Isabelle, thank you so much for your wonderful lesson! All of the dishes were simple yet so delicious!! I already made tapnade, which turned out well and was really good with pasta (I added tuna). I'm going to try cumin cracker soon. I would love to come back to your lesson to learn more.

    Isabelle-san is very friendly and warm hearted so I enjoyed the atmosphere of the lesson. As Isabelle-san is a nutritionist, all dishes she teaches are very healthy. Especially, her menu includes dishes which use seaweeds such as "wakame" and "hijiki". It was suprising to know that, even in French cooking in a certain region, seaweeds are used. I am very happy to extend my use of seaweeds to western cooking while my use was limited only to Japanese dishes. Thank you very much for your enjoyable lesson!

    Thanks for your healthy and beautiful cooking for us! I loved espresso sea weed paste on bread and fondant chocolate is extremely nice taste!! See you next cooking with having chat with lovely smiles a lot!!!

    Isabelle-san, Thank you for the lesson. It was surprising that sauerkraut has good chemistry with seafoods! Your cuisines consist of simple procedures but good looking and delicious, so I will try them when my friends come to my house.

    日本に馴染みのある食材、海藻や蕎麦粉を使った料理で、ヘルシーで美味しかったです。デザートは毎回美味しくて期待を裏切りません。フォンダンショコラ簡単そうなので、家で作ってみようと思います。いつも素敵なレッスンありがとうございます。

    This is second time for me to attend Isabelle-san's lesson and I really like her lesson because She use only organic food(vegetables, seasoning, etc) and not too much butter and fresh cream even for French cuisine but it's really delicious! Every time I join her lesson, she teaches me how important to take care of what we eat everyday!!

    Great class! Very balanced and healthy menu with lots of flavors. In addition, it is super easy to reproduce at home. All the dishes at this class can be easily made on everyday basis, healthy, but satisfying. Will participate again!

    Thank you for the amazing lesson!! All of the recipe was just nice and I can make them in my home and the menu balance, the table setting was also perfect. And what is the best is... I did know what the bouef bourguinon is actually and how to make it. That is what I've been wanted. I'm looking forward to the next your new recipe;)
