Thank you so much for a lovely lesson and food. It was also a pleasure to meet everyone and exchange stories about Egypt and Japan. I've always wanted to make falafels, and now I can give it a try. It was also great to learn about non-chickpea falafels, which I found to be lighter and easier to eat a lot of!

Thank you for your hospitality. It was unique chance to visit a house who is from Egypt, and had a cross cultural communication. It's so impressed that your kitchen is very clean and tidy. All foods are fabulous, I felt like I was visiting Egyptian food restaurants.

The host couple was very kind. The wife acted as a teacher, she showed us how to make Kushari step by step. The husband gave additional explanations, such as "deep-fried onion makes the tastes bettter, so we need to fry them until brown color." It was a first time to join in a tadaku event for me and my husband. They prepared recipes in English,so we can concentrate on seeing how she cooks Dakka souse includes raw garlic and lemon juice and chili. It was totally new flavor to Japanese, I think. After I went back home, my husband fried onion and boiled rice with noodles. Knowing new way of cooking is very fun. Thank you for good hospitality and nice food. Their baby girl smiled like an angel when we were in the kitchen. Also her smile is good memory.

I really enjoyed learning how to prepare for Egyptian taameyya made from fava beans. And also I appreciate your warm-heated hospitality as always. Just saying..., during the lesson I associated the Japanese tradition called "nanakusa gayu (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nanakusa-no-sekku)" from the talk of mitsuba (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cryptotaenia). Japanese mitsuba is a little bit different from Chinese coriander though... See you soon!

Thank you for welcoming me to your sweet home today! Both Tadaku and the Egyptian food were my first experience but the lesson was well prepared and went smooth. The only thing I knew about Egypt was the pyramids only but today I saw a bit of the Egyptians daily life through the talk with them and the video they shared. They were so open minded to answer all the questions I had. To cook beans requires times but the cooking process seemed simple. The way they use the flavored oil and the combination of the spices and vinegar were very intuitive; I could use them for some other dishes. Thank you again for the wonderful time today!

Thank you for today.I really enjoyed cook and foods. Foods and drinks were very very good so we were full!!Thank you for your hospitality also.I hope to see you again.Say hello to your cute daughter!

Many thanks for today's lesson. Actually, it was first time for me to talk with Egyptian. I was intersted in Kosheri, so today's lesson was an opportune time to learn how to cook it. I also learned a lot from talking with you. Thanks and see you again!

I really appreciated their warm-hearted hospitality and politeness that made us feel like being at home and also their accommodating service. We enjoyed everything what they've done for us. And I'm also grateful for their kindness that they afforded us some additional portions of salad or a kind of welcome-dessert and so on. Thank you so much! See you soon!
