I have lived in Los Angeles, California before coming to Tokyo and haven't stopped making and creating new Chinese/Cantonese Hong Kong (HK) dishes everyday!
HK has a 99years history being a British colony and a geographical location surrounded by the water, it has always been the melting pot for western and oriental flavors, and has access to all the freshest ingredients you can think of!
I love cooking and am experienced with Chinese Herbal Medicine. I make soups which are good for health(lowering blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol levels) according to seasons and they taste wonderful!
My menus include soups, appetizers, main dishes and desserts adopted from my home recipes, and famous Chinese restaurants in HK and Tokyo.
