My name is Angela and I´m from Galicia, an area located in the northwest corner of Spain. With over 1500 km of coastline, Galicia is rich in seafood and fish based dishes, but it is also very famous because of its vegetables, meat and of course wine!
I arrived in Japan almost 3 years ago and I totally felt in love with Japanese gastronomy being for me an essential part of the rich culture of this country.
Having a strong passion for cooking, I look forward to share with you some of the traditional galician and spanish recipes and advices to prepare them by yourself.
