A variety of spices and herbs is used in Bangladeshi cooking.and Dhaka is famous for "Mughlai cuisine"The city of Dhaka played an important role in influencing Bengali food with Mughal elements.As my Grandma is from Kolkata,in india..so I also learn some dishes from her.In my lesson you will learn many types of Indo-bengali food like " traditional bengali cuisine ( including lots of Bengali sweets) which I learn from my mom,mother in law,grandma, & some famous street food made with all the fresh and natural ingredients.
