Hello everyone !!

I am Aishwarya from Chennai, India. I completed my Master's in computers in India.
My husband is working in MNC. We lived in Singapore for past 5 years and moved to Tokyo Last year.I am Mom of two kids's. Since from my childhood, I am passionate towards cooking.
I always love to watch my mom cooking. After my marriage I started to explore the world of cooking.I usually read lot of books regarding different types of cuisine and google different recipes.I take tips from my Mom, grand mom and my mother- in-law.
Art of cooking is an ocean, I need to explore, learn till my end.
Now i just wanted to share some of my authentic south indian cuisine, techniques which i have learnt so far.
so friends! come and enjoy the homemade authentic indian delicacies.

    This was my second time to attend her lesson. Dishes were really great and I learned a lot about Indian spice, kitchen utensils and culture. Aishwarya and her family are wonderful host, very welcoming and warm. I really hope to join her class again.

    The street food menu was amazing! Every dish was so delicious, I could not choose a favorite. Aishwarya is a well organized host. I was able to ask many questions during the lesson. I can't wait to try some of the recipes myself!

    I attend her class several times. But every time I have new surprises with her spice techniques. This time I enjoyed The summer fruits menu, which the most I loved was Zafrani chicken. It was very simple,easy to re-cook in my kitchen, and taste was fabulous! Thank you Aishwarya , I can't wait to see you again with the your next creation!

    I LOVED my first cooking lesson with Aishwarya! Her recipes were thoroughly explained and well-written and absolutely everything we made was delicious. I cannot wait to recreate the recipes at home. I appreciated that she gave us specifics regarding where we could find all of the required ingredients.

    Aishwarya and her family kindly welcomed us and I felt very comfortable even though it was my first cooking class. Her kitchen was clean and she was very organized for showing us how to cook. Using the huge variety Indian spices looked a bit complicated for me, but she was very open for any questions and explained us very well. The food was very very delicious, I would like to take her class again for my next visit to Tokyo!

    I'm regular for her lesson.But it's a full of suprise for every time. The menu we enjoyed for this time was Beets cutlets, peanut onion chatzney mained vegetarian cuisine,which has fantastic harmony of spices. Thank you Aishwaraya, and I'm happy to meet you in soon for your next menu!

    Thank you very much for the wonderful lesson today! I and my husband took Tadaku lesson at the first time, but we really feel that it was great to take your lesson as a first lesson. We enjoyed not only cooking, but also communicated with your family and talked about many different things like culture, food, Indian restaurants and grocery stores in Tokyo, and more. But on top of that, cooking and chatting with Aishwarya-san and learning from her is the most fun thing! Every Indian dish you cooked is amazingly delicious, and we would love to cook the same recipe at home. We will definitely take your lesson again! (Last but least, my husband applied your lesson under my name and his account doesn't show 'review' option. I will ask Tadaku staff about this.)

    デモンストレーション型のレッスンです。準備も完璧でAishwaryaさんが手際良く料理を作ってくれました。説明はゆっくり明瞭で、とても聞き取りやすい英語です。英語が苦手でも参加できるレッスンだと思います。また今回はココナッツミルクのアイスクリームも特別にご馳走になりました。ありがとうございました。

    Thank you for sharing Andhra dining. Bit spicy but I could know eat with rice is getting mild and I really love them. It is good to have them for Japanese summer.     I really enjoyed the lesson as I was able to learn how to make the so delicious vegetarian menu from the various spices and vegetables which we can buy in Japan. The demonstration of each cooking steps by Aishwarya was very clear. Her kitchen is very organized and the view from her room was so awesome! I also was able to had a very relaxed time with talking with her and her husband and cute kids. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge and passion with me!

    It was my 5th lesson with Aishwarya-san. I love her taste. We've learned Andra cuisine which is famous for it's spicy taste.All dishes Aish san made were very tasty.Green chilly chicken was very yummy,not so hot.Green chilly has fresh aroma.Most of Japanese like this one,I think.Raw banana fry was also good.It's like potato.If you are interested in South Indian food,I strongly recommend to take Aish san's lessons. I'd like to learn more about South Indian cuisine from her.

    Chettinad dishes Aishwarya san taught me were very delicious. Combination of veg stew and soft dosa was wonderful! I'm getting more interested in South Indian cuisine.Aishwarya san is very gentle and kind to us. We can enjoy lesson time a lot. I strongly recommed her lesson.

    Indian cuisine uses a lot of spices, so I think it is good for your health. Aishwarya-san will tell you the efficacy of those spices. I also got an explanation of how to grind the beans of old traditional india from her. I was able to know new things. She taught me carefully for me who is not good at English. And she gave me some Indian food which we made along with food containers for my friend who could't come there by illness. Thank you Aishwarya-san. She and her family were very friendly!

    I always feel so at home in this class that I cannot help but come back again :) I enjoyed learning helpful cooking tips (i.e. Put sugar in chai right before you serve :)) and the flavourful meal! Thank you so much for a fun lesson Aishwarya-san.

    Aishwarya's "takoyaki" menu was totally delicious! I especially loved the masala kuzhi paniyaram. It was great to learn about dishes I've never seen before. Aishwarya is a great teacher, giving lots of information about the ingredients. Can't wait to try them myself at home!

    This is my second lesson with Aishwarya-san. She is always kind to us,so I can ask any question about a cooking method,ingredients used in cooking and so on. Every plate that she cook is really delicious. We can enjoy real Indian family foods. I want to learn a lot about South Indian cooking from Aishwarya-san. I certify that she is an excellent teacher!

    This is my 2nd lesson with Aishwarya, and the lesson was as great as the 1st one. This time we mainly enjoyed her région's original Biliyani with minced muton. Usually Biriyani is very tasty but difficult to cook , but her minced one has more simple way to cook but even more tasty than normal Biriyani. Thank you Aishwarya and I look forward to seeing you on your next menu in soon!

    Thank you for your hearty class. I thought that the formal way to cook Biryani in India was only dam style. That was so interesting for me. Aishwarya-san's kind instruction got me to understand well. So I will try to cook today's menu at home. I'm looking forward to joining your next class!!

    インドのホスピタリティと珍しいゴアの料理を体験しました。ゴア料理のクラスは5900円でカレー1種類は少ないかな?と参加するまでは思っていたのですが、ギーライスとカシューナッツカレーの組み合わせも満足感がありましたし、チャイやフライに付けるチャトニのレシピも付いて来たので、ちゃんとした満足感がありました。また別のクラスも参加してみたいと思います。

    ★ Pick up レビュー This was my third lesson with Aishwarya. I just love her cooking and feel warmly welcomed every time I visit her place. Menu this time is called, “Menu that my Family likes most” and I totally understand why it is called that way. It’s amazing that she creates such wonderful dishes from very scratch and she shows us everything from how to use and blend different kinds of spices. Mutton Briyani was delicious and it’s exciting to know that I now would know how to cook that. Buttermilk Chicken Fry was tasty too. It was interesting to do taste test while cooking so that you can experience the changes of flavors along and appreciate the final perfect taste when it is finally done. Carrot Moong dal Kosambari goes well with biriyani and chicken as well. I truly enjoyed the dessert Paneer Kheer as well. It is delicately flavored with saffron and cardamom and tasted heavenly to me. Thank you for sharing!

    The mutton briyani was particularly amazing! Very flavourful yet quite comforting taste :) I also enjoy all the background stories Aishwarya-san shares when she's teaching us spices and other tips for making the food turn out great!

    Thank you for the class. The cabbage chili chutney was very interesting for me. I have never had this kind of chutney and now i like it. It was also fun to watch cooking Biriyani in the pressure cooker. However, I love Buttermilk Chicken Fry the most in this class. The pricy taste was very nice. Thank you again, for the class and much talking!

    I enjoyed vey much your lesson yesterday - thank you. She shared us her family's original recipes with her own suggestions, which was very interesting. Especially chicken curry and raita was my favorite. I would like to try to cook them soon.

    ★ Pick up レビュー 初めてのTadaku、初めてのインド料理レッスンでしたが、Aishwaryaさんのおかげでとても楽しめました。わかりやすいレシピや食材の下処理などを事前に準備くださっていて、丁寧さに感動です(行って頂いてた下処理の方法はもちろん丁寧に教えてくれます!)。スパイスの効能やどこで買えるかも教えてくれ、たくさんのスパイスを見てるだけでも楽しい。そしてなにより全部美味しい!!大満足でした。 I enjoyed my first Tadaku and my first cooking of Indian dishes at the class of Aishwarya. She kindly made recipe for our easier understandings and marinated chicken in the early morning for smooth lesson, which much impressed me. Also we could see a lots of spices with useful information, what those spices good for or where to buy. Whatever, all dishes were amazing! 100% satisfied :)

    初めて参加したのですが、出身インド地方の説明に始まり、ステキなご家族と共にアットホームな雰囲気でくつろげました。どの料理もフレッシュなスパイスが効いててとても美味しかったです!下ごしらえのポイントや材料を買える場所や選び方なども勉強になりました。Ashwaryaさんは多めに準備してくださっているので、小さなタッパー類は必須です。(複数個あるとベター、汁物を入れる前提の準備をしていければベストです)

    I had so much fun tonight getting to learn the magic that goes behind South Indian cuisine. It was my first time learning Indian cuisine but Aishwariya-san walked me through each of the step very steadily so I was able to pick up many handy tips. Those are the things we cannot learn from textbook but through first hand experiences like this. Thank you for teaching me the powers of each spice! The outcome was truly wonderful. The food was very flavourful and bold yet sensitive - I could taste each of the ingredient that went in it! I am very grateful for the lovely conversations we shared and making me feel so at home! Mikka நன்றி for making my first ever Indian cooking experience so memorable! A definite must if you want to learn the secret of flavourful South Indian cuisine!

    Awesome. It was a great experience. Actually I'm not good at English but I could enjoy the class as the host was very nice and friendly to us all.     Ms Aishwarya and her family gave us a very productive and happy lesson hour. The contents were unique, and with many developed tips during the process. And it was really cool to have lunch with the view of full Shinjuku erea!

    ★ Pick up レビュー I had many great experiences in her lesson because Aishwaraya was very knowledgeable person and also her husbund and kids was great!! I learned nice vagetable recipes she comes with a twist.I can eat 2 type of tastes of Vegetable cutlet!! And I was impressed about herapartment!!There's a great view. Thank foe everything. I would like to join your lesson again!!

    ウェルカムドリンクのスパイシーバターミルクからデザートまで、すべて美味しかったです。特に、ピリ辛トマトライスとポテトは箸が止まりませんでした。新宿を一望できる部屋から、アットホームなAishwaryaさんと飲むコーヒーは、とても贅沢な時間でした。
