My name is Abena from Ghana (a country with more than 250 languages and amazing cultures) in West Africa.
This is my second year in Japan and I am currently a Master Student from Waseda University, pursuing International Relations.
My passion for cooking extends beyond Ghanaian dishes. I love to try new recipes from other parts of the world. I believe food in itself is a symbolic cultural representation, because almost all Ghanaian dishes tell either an interesting historical, cultural or religious story.
Why don't you join me on a memorable cooking experience, as we broaden our cultural horizon while we cook healthy Ghanaian recipes with all fresh ingredients and lots of LOVE?!!
